Final Safety and Readiness Check

Complete this check after assembly, software connection, and the first movement test. Do not begin normal use until every item is confirmed.

Platform and Controls

•  The frame, seat, rails, wheel, pedals, and flight controls are firmly secured.

•  All fasteners are installed and tightened according to the assembly instructions.

•  The platform is centered, stable, and within its supported weight limit.

•  Nothing touches the floor, wall, desk, monitor stand, or another object through the full range of motion.

Cables and Power

•  Power, USB, motor, sensor, and accessory cables are connected to the correct ports.

•  Cables have enough slack for movement but cannot enter motors, rods, joints, or linkages.

•  Power cords are undamaged and connected to suitable outlets.

•  The power switch, plug, or emergency stop is easy to reach.

Do not permanently secure the final cable routing until the platform has moved safely through its normal range.

Motion Check

•  Sim Racing Studio recognizes the platform and remains connected.

•  Each available axis moves smoothly in both directions and returns toward center.

•  Motion direction matches the command shown in the movement test.

•  The platform does not jerk, drop, bind, scrape, or pull on a cable.

•  There is no unusual noise, heat, vibration, smoke, sparks, or electrical odor.

Clear the Motion Area

Keep people, pets, furniture, tools, and loose objects outside the complete motion area. Position monitors and accessories where the platform cannot strike them. Never place hands or feet near moving joints while power is connected.

Begin at Low Intensity

Use a default profile and low motion intensity for the first session. Sit normally, secure any harness correctly, and increase motion only after the platform behaves as expected. Tell every new user how to stop the platform before the session begins.

Stop if Something Is Wrong

Disconnect platform power if movement becomes violent or uncontrolled, one side drops, the frame contacts another surface, a cable becomes tight, a breaker trips, or you notice overheating, smoke, sparks, or an electrical smell. Wait for all movement to stop before approaching the platform, and do not continue until the cause has been corrected.

Once every check passes, your platform is ready for normal use. Recheck fasteners, mounts, cable routing, and motion clearance regularly and whenever equipment is added or repositioned.
