Prepare Your Room and Workspace

Prepare the final location before assembly so the platform has safe motion clearance, reliable power, and practical access for installation and use.

Choose the Location
Use a firm, level floor that can support the complete platform, equipment, and user. Avoid unstable surfaces and areas exposed to water, excessive dust, direct heat, or poor ventilation. Check the dimensions for your platform model. Allow extra space beyond the stationary footprint because the seat, frame, controls, and rear section can move outside it.

Clear the Motion Area
Remove furniture, storage boxes, loose rugs, tools, and other objects from every side. Check floor, wall, rear, side, and overhead clearance. Position monitors and televisions so the moving platform cannot contact them. Children, pets, and bystanders must remain outside the motion area whenever the platform is powered.

Plan Power and USB
Place the platform close enough to the required outlet and computer that supplied cables can reach without tension. Do not create a setup that depends on cables stretched across walkways.

Keep the platform's power switch, emergency stop, or approved disconnect accessible from outside the motion path. Avoid covering control boxes or power components; they need ventilation.

Plan Cable Routes
Separate stationary cables from cables that move with the platform. Leave a controlled service loop where movement occurs and keep cables away from motors, rods, joints, wheels, sharp edges, and pinch points.

If you use MagicBox, make sure the console and MagicBox can connect to the same network. Wired Ethernet is recommended when practical.

Position Displays and Controls
Decide whether the display is stationary or mounted to the moving platform. Confirm that the chosen mount is suitable before attaching it. Leave enough viewing distance and clearance for full movement.

Place the PC, console, router, speakers, and other stationary equipment where they are protected from platform movement and still accessible.

Prepare the Assembly Area

•  Clear enough floor space to lay out frame sections.

•  Protect painted parts with cardboard or a blanket.

•  Provide bright lighting from several angles.

•  Keep hardware trays or small containers nearby.

•  Arrange help before lifting large frame sections or the completed platform.

Final Room Check

•  Floor is firm, level, clean, and dry.

•  Full motion clearance is available on every side and overhead.

•  Power and USB connections can reach without tension.

•  Cable routes avoid walkways and moving parts.

•  Control boxes and electronics have ventilation.

•  The power-disconnection method remains easy to reach.
